Four. Recruitment procedures and methods
(1) Formulation of recruitment plan: The Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention shall formulate a recruitment plan, which shall be submitted to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval after being examined and approved by the Municipal Health Bureau.
(2) Publish recruitment information: Publish the approved recruitment plan to the society through the website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Release time is not less than 7 working days.
(3) Open registration: Online registration is adopted. When registering, you must truthfully fill in the "Application Form for Recruiters of Institutions in Hunan Province". The registration time is not less than 3 days.
(4) Qualification examination: The Municipal Health Bureau and the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention will examine the qualifications of candidates in strict accordance with the conditions stipulated in the recruitment plan. If there is fraud or does not meet the requirements for registration, you will be disqualified at any time.
(V) Determine the proportion of the examination: according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of applicants not less than 1:3. If the position does not reach the proportion of the examination, the recruitment plan will be cancelled with the approval of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

(8) Assessment: Those who pass the physical examination shall be assessed by the recruitment leading group on their ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance, and the candidates shall be qualified. Those who fail the physical examination or assessment shall not be employed. There is no substitute.
(9) Determination of candidates: According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the recruitment leading group will discuss and determine the list of candidates and report it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review. Publicize the list of qualified recruiters within the scope of the recruitment plan, and the publicity period is 7 working days.
(10) Employment approval: If there is no objection after publicity, the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention shall fill in the List of Employees Employed by Institutions in Hunan Province and the Registration Form of Employees Employed by Institutions in Hunan Province, and go through the relevant employment procedures together with the Report on the Publicity of Persons to be Employed and my file after being audited by the Municipal Health Bureau and approved by the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security. Five, organization, discipline and supervision requirements
(1) Strengthen leadership.
