Three Characteristics of Yujiapu Financial District

The planning of Yujiapu Financial District has three characteristics:

First of all, it is the largest financial and business district in the world, covering an area of 3.86 million square meters. The Yujiapu Financial District has planned the 120 plot, namely the 120 project. The total construction area is 9.5 million square meters, including 5 million square meters of office buildings, 2 million square meters of commercial and residential buildings and 2.5 million square meters of public facilities such as schools, hospitals and shops.

Secondly, based on the design and practical operation experience of financial CBD at home and abroad, according to the planning requirements of three-dimensional structure and composite functions, we have planned a rich underground space with three-dimensional structure in Yujiapu financial district, which is not available in other financial districts. The landscape along the river has four yacht docks, multiple hydrophilic platforms and leisure and entertainment areas. We are cooperating with French and Japanese companies to turn this place into a low-carbon city in the future. One is near a forest park in Binhai New Area, the other is near Beijing-Tianjin Expressway, and the other is a mansion near Yujiapu Financial District.
