Judging from the current situation, the charging standard of central heating is calculated according to the heating area. The heating area is the interior area of the room with radiator plus half of the balcony area. The charging standard of central heating is implemented with reference to the charging standard of local urban central heating. At present, there is no unified standard in the country. Because of the different economic development in different places, the government's investment and charging standards are not the same. It is reported that according to relevant national laws, eight departments, including the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Finance, have issued notices to reform the current charging method by area, and gradually implement household metering and charging according to heat consumption to balance the interests of supply and demand.

Article 3 The area of family building shall be subject to the area of real estate license approved by the real estate department. The residential area without real estate license is determined with reference to similar units. The construction area of the tenant of the time service department shall be subject to the area specified in the contract.

The fourth center graduate students live in student dormitories without heating subsidies and heating fees. If a single employee of this department or time service department lives in a dormitory (including student dormitory), the heating fee will be charged according to the standard of collective dormitory.

Article 5 The department or time service department of a single employee living in an apartment shall be charged according to the heating fee standard.

Article 6 If an employee rents out a house to another person to live in, the central headquarters or the clothing department will charge the owner of the house. Users who rent directly from the central headquarters or the timing service department shall pay the heating fee by the lessee.

Seventh long-term vacant houses, the owner must also pay the heating fee according to the standard.

Article 8 For the project employees who apply to work in the central headquarters or the time service department, the heating expenses shall be borne by the project team of the recruiter.

Ninth enjoy survivors' subsidies and I have no other source of income, heating costs still need to be paid in accordance with the provisions, the standard remains unchanged. However, I can submit a written application, and after being examined by the education department and approved by the leaders of the center, I can give appropriate heating subsidies.

Article 10 The central headquarters entrusts the property center to be responsible for the specific charging work, and the formal employees and retirees belonging to the central headquarters are accounted by the property center and submitted to the financial office for deduction from their wages. Other people's heating costs are charged by the property center on a household basis.

The specific charging method of the time service department is decided by the time service department according to the situation.

All fees collected should be submitted to the financial office or time service department of the center headquarters.

Eleventh households that should pay heating fees should pay them on time. Failing to pay the fee on time or refusing to pay the fee, the central headquarters or the time service department has the right to take corresponding measures to limit and punish it.
