Liaoning Normal University, referred to as "Liaoning Normal University", was established in August of 195 1. It is a multi-disciplinary provincial key university featuring normal education, including economics, management, law, education, literature, science and engineering. [ 1]

It is a base for basic education teacher training and continuing education, educational science research and consultation, teacher training and scientific research in colleges and universities in Liaoning Province to meet the needs of regional economic construction and social development.
