Why do many companies like to recruit party member?

Generally speaking, since party member is basically qualified, there are always some outstanding advantages, such as being able to bear hardships, being self-motivated and having strong ability in certain aspects. At least when I joined the party, all the positive energy parts were displayed, so I was joined by the party organization. After joining the party, I have further improved my consciousness by often living in a party organization. So this is an advantage, and it is easy to be admitted when recruiting.
