Chapter II Supervision and Administration of the No-fishing Period Article 5 The supervision and administration of the No-fishing Period of Penaeus vannamei in the whole city shall be under unified leadership and graded management.

Article 15 Where a gill net fishing boat applies for a parent shrimp fishing license, in addition to collecting the perennial resource proliferation protection fee, each boat will also increase the parent shrimp special resource proliferation protection fee 15 yuan, which will be paid in one lump sum at the time of the annual fishing license visa. Those who fail to pay it within the time limit will not be granted a visa, and the qualification for parent shrimp fishing in that year will be cancelled. Article 16 No unit, department or individual may use the opportunity of collecting the protection fee for the proliferation of parent shrimp resources to increase fees or charge in disguised form, and offenders shall be investigated and dealt with by the price inspection department in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Price Management.
