The interview mainly adopts a structured interview method, focusing on examining the candidate's comprehensive analysis ability, language expression ability, on-the-spot adaptability, self-emotional control, interpersonal cooperation awareness and skills, job search motivation and the match between the proposed position Personality, behavior, appearance, etc., the interview score is 100 points.

Before entering the interview, interviewees should submit relevant materials for qualification review within the specified time. Specific materials that must be provided during the qualification review:

(1) Valid ID card, Written examination admission ticket, graduation certificate, degree certificate.

(2) Those who have returned from studying abroad must also submit the original and copy of the foreign academic degree certificate issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

(3) In-service personnel must provide proof of consent from their unit to apply or resignation procedures (certificate of consent to apply must be signed by the main leader of the unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(4) If the recruitment position requires work experience, you must provide a work experience certificate signed by the principal person in charge of the unit and stamped with the official seal; if relevant qualification certificates are required, the original and copy must be provided.

(5) Retired college soldiers who apply for admission must provide the original and copy of their enlistment notice and discharge certificate.

(6) Two copies of the "Pingdingshan City Zhanhe District Public Recruitment Application Form for Public Institutions in 2022" printed online, and 2 photos of the same base plate uploaded during online registration.

Candidates who fail to attend the interview qualification confirmation on time or fail to pass the interview qualification confirmation will be disqualified. Due to the vacancies that arise after candidates voluntarily give up or are disqualified from the interview, candidates who apply for the same position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score in the written examination. Those who pass the interview qualifications will receive an interview notice.

If the number of candidates who actually participate in the interview cannot compete, interviews should be organized for existing candidates. Candidates' interview scores must reach the average score of all candidates in their interview examiner group who use the same interview question book before they can enter the physical examination and inspection.
