Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance Office manages the sewage treatment plant.

Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance has not set up an internal organization to manage sewage treatment plants. Generally speaking, sewage treatment plants are managed by the local water affairs bureau. The treatment content of sewage treatment plant is mainly to separate pollutants in water, including solid wastes, such as large floating objects, branches and leaves, plastics, sludge and other domestic solid wastes, as well as substances dissolved in water, such as various organic substances, inorganic substances, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and so on. Shaanxi Provincial Department of Finance, as a component of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, is responsible for the financial work of the whole province. The sewage treatment plant is under the control of the local water affairs bureau, not the finance bureau.
