According to the relevant requirements of Zhengzhou Education Bureau's Implementation Opinions on Specially Appointed Posts for High-level Talents in Zhengzhou Local Universities (for Trial Implementation) and Notice on Doing Several Key Work in Zhengzhou Local Universities in 214, with the approval of Zhengzhou Education Bureau, five high-level talents are openly recruited by five majors including finance in our college, and all qualified teachers inside and outside the school can sign up.

Third, job responsibilities

1. Teach the main courses of this discipline;

IV. Recruitment conditions

(1) Recruitment conditions for full-time special high-level talents:

1. Working in the front line of teaching and scientific research, the age is generally under 5 years old (under special circumstances, not more than 55 years old).

6. Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, and be rigorous in academic research; Have the spirit of unity and cooperation and the corresponding organizational and management capabilities.

(II) Recruitment conditions for part-time high-level talents:

1. Working in the front line of teaching and scientific research, under the age of 55 (under special circumstances, not more than 6).

2. Have a master's degree or above and the title of professor or researcher.

3. He has high academic attainments and made important achievements in scientific research.

4. Have innovative ideas on the discipline construction and academic research work, and have the ability to lead the discipline to catch up with or maintain the provincial advanced level in its frontier fields.

5. Have a strong sense of responsibility and mission, rigorous scholarship, unity and cooperation spirit, and corresponding organizational and management capabilities.

6. I can work in the special post of part-time high-level talents for at least 3 months every year.

V. Relevant treatment

1. Specially engaged high-level talents enjoy the post allowance for specially engaged high-level talents during the employment period. The original salary, insurance, welfare and other benefits are still paid by the original unit.

2. The post allowance for full-time or part-time high-level talents is 1:1, and 5% of the total amount is paid by the municipal special funds and 5% by the school.

3. During the employment period, the college will provide assistants for specially invited high-level talents and provide good working and living conditions.

VI. Appointment Procedures

1. For the special positions for high-level talents that have been approved, our institute openly recruits qualified candidates for the whole city. The personnel department is specifically responsible for accepting applications for registration inside and outside the school.

2. According to the setting of special positions in our college announced by the Municipal Education Bureau, the candidates submit a written application to our college, and submit the Recommendation Form for Specially Invited High-level Talents Candidates, providing their work and study resumes, representative achievements, work plans, work and living conditions required by our college, etc.

3. The academic affairs office, scientific research office and personnel office of our college organize experts to make a preliminary evaluation of the candidates, and put forward peer experts' evaluation opinions and school opinions.

4. the dean's office will examine and approve the candidates according to the preliminary evaluation opinions and report them to the municipal education bureau for approval.

5. The College signs an employment contract with the employee, stipulating the employment period, the rights and obligations of both parties, the duties to be performed during the term of office and the responsibility objectives during the term of office. Specially appointed posts shall be assessed regularly according to regulations. See Zheng Jiao [24] No.39 document for the assessment methods. Upon the expiration of employment, the employment contract will be automatically terminated.

VII. Schedule

(1) The first stage: From June 12 to 23, the Implementation Opinions on the Recruitment of Specially Appointed Posts for High-level Talents in Zhengzhou Shengda University of Economics, Business and Management was published, and the applicants signed up.

2. Information required for registration:

(1) Recommendation Form for Specially Invited High-level Talents in quadruplicate.

(2) Submit the supporting materials in quadruplicate, such as relevant certificates, scientific research achievements, academic achievements, awards and honorary titles filled in the Recommendation Form (see annex for the format requirements of supporting materials), and the originals of all supporting materials shall be inspected by the Higher Education Department of Zhengzhou Education Bureau before being taken back by the candidates themselves.

(2) the second stage: from June 24 to 27, our college made a preliminary evaluation of the candidates and put forward the evaluation opinions, and reported it to the Higher Education Department of the Municipal Education Bureau on June 3.
