Present situation of Qijiang industrial park

The planned area of the park is 10 square kilometer, and the terrain is gentle. Chongqing Architectural Design Co., Ltd., China Institute of Architectural Design and Research, carries out planning and design according to the requirements of "high standard planning, high starting point design and modern layout", and adopts the international general model to carry out the infrastructure construction of "five connections and one leveling" in the park. Area A is the first start-up area, located between Gunan Town and sanjiang town, about 6 kilometers away from the county seat, about 50 kilometers away from the main city of Chongqing, and 3 kilometers away from the Raytheon Store exit of Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway. Its industrial orientation is mainly machinery and metallurgy. Area B includes Beidu Chemical Industry Park and Tonghui Food Processing Park, and Area C is Qingjiang Textile Industrial Park. Phase I covers an area of 3 square kilometers.

The county party committee and government attach great importance to the construction of food park in Chongqing Qijiang Industrial Park, and regard it as the key project of agricultural industrialization development and agricultural structure adjustment in Qijiang County. Through attracting investment, nine food processing enterprises have settled in the park, processing and producing nearly 50 brands, attracting many well-known enterprises to settle in the industrial park. There are 33 contracted enterprises in the park, which started 10 and completed 12, with a contracted investment of 3.84 billion yuan. Planning: The Park entrusts the Urban Planning and Design Institute of Chongqing University to compile the Conceptual Master Plan of Qijiang Industrial Park, with a planned area of 15 square kilometers, which was examined by the County Planning Commission in April 2008. Through basic data investigation and scientific analysis and demonstration, the planning defines the orientation and planning scope of the industrial park, determines the planning spatial structure of "one core, two axes and four districts", and implements the site selection of major infrastructure such as sewage treatment plants and substations, which provides a basis for the next regulatory detailed planning.

Engineering: 7.5 million m3 of earth and stone have been leveled, and the leveled site is about 4,500 mu (including 2 136 mu of starting area); Complete the road (primary and secondary trunk roads and branches) 7 kilometers; Complete rainwater and sewage pipelines, flood drainage ditches and water supply systems in the start-up area; 38,000m2 resettlement houses were completed in the first and second phases, and1.2,000m2 resettlement houses were completed in the third phase; Complete the installation of 3.6 km natural gas backbone network; ; Complete the installation of 77 street lamps on primary and secondary roads 1.5km. Water, electricity, gas and roads are all connected with red lines.
