Differences between job categories and job nature.

1. The default personnel refers to the personnel recruited by the recruiting unit from the objects stipulated in the laws and regulations stipulated in the Civil Service Law, that is, the personnel directly recruited from the on-the-job civil servants.

2. Peripheral personnel refer to those who are recruited after passing public examinations. Peripheral personnel are more extensive than internal personnel, including many graduates who meet certain conditions, people with work experience, veterans and so on. Peripheral personnel must pass the written qualification examination and interview assessment before they have a chance to be hired. The National Civil Service Examination (hereinafter referred to as the National Examination) is a unified examination for the official recruitment of civil servants by the China Municipal Government.
