1. The original sensor of the temperature controller uses a thermocouple to detect the temperature. Due to the great influence of installation location, ambient temperature and external airflow, there is a big error in the accuracy of temperature measurement. The temperature indicated on the thermometer is relative, so the temperature should be selected according to the actual processing experience and the indicated value of the reference thermometer.

The temperature of the press roller of the machine is very high, so don't touch it with your hands to avoid scalding. When brushing the machine, start it at a low speed and brush it at a suitable position to prevent the cloth in your hand from being flattened and dragged in two rollers.

6. Wear gloves when replacing the filter screen, adjusting the die head and scraping the die mouth. Do not wear gloves when working together, such as traction.

7, it is strictly prohibited to shirtless, wearing shorts, skirts, dresses and other mount guard operations, must wear tight clothes mount guard. 8. If there is plastic leakage and paper scraps above the compound roller, it shall not be removed directly by hand, and plastic sticks and small sticks shall be used for marking.

10. When stopping the machine, the pneumatic system must be unloaded, and the laminating roller and rubber roller should be separated in time, and the scraper and precompression roller should be loosened to avoid long-term compression deformation and damage of the two rollers.

12. It is forbidden to put any tools, devices and sundries on the machine. The working air gap between the coating roller and the leveling roller is extremely small. Once anything hard is pressed into the surface of the rubber roller, it will leave pits, depressions or cracks on the rubber. It takes a long time to recover the natural elasticity, and the rubber roller will be scrapped directly.

13, pay attention to leakage, and everyone who works at the post should know the method of emergency cutting off the main power supply. Those who are not clear may not be employed.

14. The newly installed machine should be lubricated, and be careful not to use the machine quickly during the running-in period of the machine transmission.
