A brief history of the development of Sichuan Daduhe Electric Power Co., Ltd.

1980 after the factory was established, the company focused on reform, promoted development, worked hard and grew at a high speed. During the period of 1993, more than ten enterprises, including Sichuan Ebian Electric Power Development Corporation, Sichuan Electric Power Development Corporation, Sichuan Investment Corporation and Sichuan Local Electric Power Development Corporation, jointly initiated the establishment of Sichuan Daduhe Electric Power Co., Ltd., which became the first batch of targeted share-raising companies in ethnic areas in China. On August 26, 2002, Dongneng Group Co., Ltd. acquired the state-owned shares of the company and became the largest shareholder. On July 20, 2006, the Finance Bureau of Ebian Yi Autonomous County repurchased 37.76 million shares of Sichuan Daduhe Electric Power Co., Ltd. held by Dongneng Group Co., Ltd., and the Finance Bureau of Ebian Yi Autonomous County is the controlling shareholder of Sichuan Daduhe Electric Power Co., Ltd.
