Examination arrangements:

1. The examination subjects are divided into physical fitness test, written examination and interview. The Auxiliary Police Management Office of the Shengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau will conduct centralized inspections.

2. Physical fitness test: in accordance with the "Physical Fitness Evaluation Items and Standards for People's Police Recruitment by Public Security Organs". The men's physical fitness test subjects include two events: 100 meters and 1000 meters. Referring to the "Public Security Organ People's Police Physical Exercise Scoring Standards", 35 points are considered to be a standard score. Those who fail to meet the standards in any item are unqualified. Those who pass the physical fitness test will participate in the written examination and interview.

3. Written test scope: Ideology and politics: the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, socialist rule of law theory; police discipline regulations: "Public Security Organs People's Police Discipline Regulations", "Public Security Organs People's Police Internal Affairs Regulations"; basic Legal knowledge: "Criminal Law", "Criminal Procedure Law", "Public Security Management Punishment Law".

4. Interview: Based on the written test scores, applicants will be interviewed in a ratio of 1:3 for the position. Interview results will be announced on the day after the interview.

5. The time and location of the physical fitness test, written test, and interview will be notified separately and will be released by the Shengzhou Police WeChat official account.

6. Score calculation: 40% and 60% of the written test and interview scores will be included in the total score to determine the comprehensive score. The list of physical examination personnel will be determined from high to low based on the comprehensive score.

Physical examination

The physical examination determines the shortlisted candidates in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of people to be recruited for the recruitment position. The Auxiliary Police Management Office will organize a physical examination. Please refer to Appendix 4 for the physical examination standards, and an additional urine test. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the candidates themselves. If a person fails the physical examination, he or she will be replaced based on the overall test score.

Political review

The political review of applicants will be organized and implemented by the Auxiliary Police Management Office of the Shengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau.

Public announcement

Public announcement will be made on the WeChat official account of the Shengzhou Police for those who have passed the political review. The announcement period is 3 working days.

Recruitment

The hired police auxiliary personnel will sign a labor dispatch contract with Shengzhou Jindun Security Service Co., Ltd., and the probation period is 2 months. During the probation period, only basic salary will be paid and no assessment bonus will be given. If the candidate is not formally hired or resigns during the probation period, he or she will be replaced based on overall performance ranking.

Notes

1. All materials submitted by applicants during the application qualification review should be true, accurate and valid.
