Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative is a local financial institution invested by farmers and herdsmen, industrial and commercial households in rural pastoral areas and various economic organizations, serving the economic development of farmers and herdsmen, agriculture and animal husbandry and rural pastoral areas. In order to implement the spirit of the state and the autonomous region on further strengthening the employment of college graduates, adapt to the business development of rural credit cooperatives in the whole region, and optimize the structure of human resources, 500 college graduates were openly selected as reserve talents for two years. Specific matters are as follows:
I. Reserve policy
Selecting college graduates is an employment promotion measure for small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public enterprises in the autonomous region to implement the national employment promotion policy for college students. Mainly for the unemployed full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities during the dispatch period, through selection, we will reserve training services for enterprises and gradually realize employment. The reserve period is 2 years. During the reserve period, the reserved talents enjoy the wages, insurance and welfare benefits of similar personnel in the reserve enterprises (the government gives 500 yuan subsidies to the talents reserved to the enterprises every month). Reserve enterprises are responsible for paying salaries to reserve talents and handling social insurance. After the expiration of the reserve period, a formal labor contract can be signed with the consent of both the reserve enterprise and the reserve talents (see the annex for details or visit the Inner Mongolia Personnel Network to inquire about Selected Graduates policy).
Second, the reserve units, posts and number of people
The reserve units are 76 county-level rural cooperative financial institutions in the whole region, and the number of reserve posts and personnel are: 265,438+065,438+0,65,438+033, 96 secretarial posts and 60 legal posts respectively (for details, please refer to the Post Requirements Table for Selecting and Reserve University Graduates of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives).
Third, the reserve object and conditions
(1) Selection and reserve target: full-time graduates of ordinary colleges and universities who were not employed during the period of walking students in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (walking students in Inner Mongolia refer to students registered in Inner Mongolia before entering school; The term of assignment refers to the graduates of 2007, 2008 and 2009).
(2) Conditions for selecting reserves:
1, good ideological and political quality, love the motherland;
2. Qualified academic performance;
3, law-abiding, honest and trustworthy, no bad records;
4. Applicants must have a junior college degree or above, among which: the business post major is finance (economy, finance, accounting, etc.). ); The majors of computer, secretarial and legal positions are computer, Chinese, law and related majors respectively.
5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally.
Four, the selection of reserve personnel procedures
Reserve candidates shall be selected in accordance with the procedures of announcement, online registration, qualification examination, written examination, determination and publication of the selected list, inspection and physical examination, signing of reserve agreement and filing.
(1) Register online.

2. Registration method: Online registration is accepted. Applicants log on to the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Network () to enter the registration system for college graduates of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives, fill in and submit the Registration Form for College Graduates of Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperatives (be sure to upload my recent bareheaded photo as required) for qualification examination.
3. When applicants fill in their volunteers (units and positions), in principle, they are required to choose the counties and positions in the Union City where the candidates' household registration is located. Each person can only fill in one volunteer (unit and post), and indicate whether to obey the allocation. Once you pass the online qualification examination, you can't change it.
4. Applicants should be responsible for the authenticity of the contents filled in the registration form. Anyone who finds false information or does not meet the registration conditions during the recruitment process will be disqualified at any time.
5. Matters not covered in the announcement and relevant information to be released will be released through the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Network or the Inner Mongolia Rural Credit Cooperative Network without prior notice. The applicant shall be responsible for the impact and consequences caused by not registering according to the requirements of the announcement or not inquiring about the relevant information of the designated website in time.
(2) qualification examination. Qualification examination is divided into online qualification examination and on-site qualification examination. The preliminary examination time of online qualification is from1October 27th 10 to1October 2nd, 2009, and the relevant information provided by applicants is mainly reviewed according to the registration conditions. The qualification review is conducted after the examination, mainly to review the ID card, admission ticket, graduation certificate, report card and other related materials of the selected personnel.
After the preliminary examination of registration and online qualification, applicants can download and print the admission ticket through the Inner Mongolia Personnel Examination Information Network 1 10- 14.
(3) written test. The selection and reserve are conducted by written examination, which consists of two parts: basic knowledge of public affairs and professional knowledge, with full mark 100 and test paper time 150 minutes. The proportion of public basic knowledge and professional knowledge is 30% and 70% respectively. Public * * * basic knowledge subjects mainly refer to the relevant contents of the civil service examination in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region; Professional knowledge subjects are tested according to the relevant professional knowledge of each position. The written test does not stipulate the book and scope for review, and it is conducted in a closed book way. The written test time is 9: 00-10/Sunday, October, 2009. The written test sites are located in Hohhot, Hulunbeier, Tongliao, Chifeng, Xilinhot, Wulanchabu, Ordos and Bayannaoer, among which the test site located in Hohhot is named as the District Direct Test Site. Candidates should clearly choose a test center to take the written test when registering. Once the written test location is selected, it cannot be changed.
(four) to determine and publish the selected list. The written test results and the selected list will be published online about two weeks after the written test (165438+1October 30th). In order to protect the personal information of candidates, each candidate can only check his/her personal scores by his/her admission ticket number, registration serial number or ID number. There is no uniform score line for the written test, and the list of candidates is determined directly according to the candidates' willingness to apply (that is, the applicants and positions), according to the order of the written test scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of 1 1 of the number of candidates for each position.
(5) inspection and physical examination. The selected personnel shall be organized by the reserve unit for inspection and physical examination within the specified time. The inspection contents mainly include: on-site review of the original ID cards, admission tickets, graduation certificates and other documents of the selected personnel (at the same time, the selected personnel are required to submit 1 copies for the record); Investigate and understand the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality and personal ability. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants. Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily give up will be replenished from those who apply for the same volunteer (unit or post) according to the written test scores from high to low.
(6) Signing a reserve agreement. Inspection of qualified personnel, by the League municipal government or its authorized counties personnel departments and reserve units and talents signed the "small and medium-sized enterprises and non-public enterprises reserve college graduates agreement". After signing the reserve agreement, the reserve talents shall not give up the selection qualification without authorization, except for major reasons such as physical health reasons and force majeure. Due to the above reasons, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the personnel department of the Union Municipal Government.
(7) filing. The list of selected personnel who signed the reserve agreement shall be submitted by the personnel department of the Union City to the personnel department of the autonomous region for approval and filing, as the basis for enjoying preferential policies such as financial subsidies in the autonomous region.

(a) the personnel department of the Union Municipal Government or its authorized personnel department of the counties shall regularly supervise the use of talents in the reserve units.
(two) the daily management of reserve talents is the responsibility of the reserve unit. Six, treatment and financial security
Reserve talents enjoy the salary insurance and welfare benefits of similar personnel in their reserve units. The government subsidizes 500 yuan, a reserve talent, every month, and the insufficient salary insurance and welfare benefits are made up by the reserve units. Reserve units are responsible for paying salaries to reserve talents and handling social insurance. Government subsidies are paid directly to the reserve talents by the personnel department of the Union City or its authorized counties and counties. The subsidy period is 2 years.
Those who have made outstanding performance during the reserve period or passed the examination after the expiration of the reserve period may be employed as regular employees by the reserve units, and the labor contract system shall be uniformly implemented. Reserve units sign labor employment contracts with reserve talents. The salary shall be determined by the reserve unit according to the relevant provisions of the unit and the association of the autonomous region.
