I. Introduction Plan

This plan openly introduces 26 high-level talents. For details, please refer to the Schedule of Introducing High-level Talents in Some Institutions Directly under Xing 'an League (annex, hereinafter referred to as the Schedule).

Second, the introduction conditions

(1) Persons who meet the following conditions may apply for employment:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Good conduct;

4. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

5. Have the ability to work in line with the post requirements;

6. Age, household registration, education, degree, major, work experience and other conditions required for the post (see the attached table for details).

(2) The following persons shall not be registered:

1. Soldiers;

2. Full-time graduate or undergraduate students;

3. Union internal staff;

4. Persons who violate the law and discipline in the civil service recruitment examination or the open recruitment of public institutions;

5. Public officials who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been expelled from public office;

6. Become a avoidance relationship person after employment;

7. The relevant provisions shall not employ personnel other than the staff of public institutions.

Third, introduce the procedure.

(1) Registration

1. Registration is conducted by online registration. The registration time is from 9: 00 am on August 20th, 2020 to 7: 00 pm on August 20th, 2020/kloc-0, with different deadlines.

2. Applicants must register in accordance with the relevant provisions of this announcement and the specific conditions such as the age, household registration, education, degree, major and work experience of the imported talents. Each candidate can only apply for one position.

3. Applicants must fill in the registration form completely, clearly, truly and accurately as required, and upload their recent 2-inch digital color photos (jpg format, size less than 20KB). Applicants must use the second-generation ID card (valid in temporary id card) or passport to register, and the identity documents used in registration should be the same as those used in the assessment.

4. When filling in the resume, the applicant must completely fill in his own study experience (fill in the year of beginning and ending, colleges, departments and majors) and work experience after graduation (fill in the year of beginning and ending, work unit and main job post).

5. For positions with professional requirements, candidates' majors must be consistent with those required for introducing talents. For positions with similar or the same majors, candidates should fill in full-time undergraduate degree and full-time graduate degree respectively.

6. Applicants for Xing 'an League household registration positions should have Xing 'an League household registration before August 19, 2020 or be Xing 'an League household registration at the time of college entrance examination.

(2) Qualification examination

1. The qualification examination time is from 9: 00 am to 1 1: 00 on August 24th, 2020, and from 15: 00 pm to 17: 00 pm, which is not overdue.

4. Qualification requirements:

(1) The applicant must sign the registration form to ensure that the relevant materials submitted are consistent with the contents of the personnel (student status) file, and the copy is consistent with the original, which is true and credible;

(2) Before taking part in the qualification examination, candidates need to compile a catalogue of materials required for the examination, bind copies of the required materials into a book, and submit them to the staff during the qualification examination;

(3) If the applicant fails to compile the catalogue and bind it into volumes as required, resulting in the loss of materials or incomplete or incomplete materials submitted, which will affect the evaluation results, the responsibility shall be borne by the applicant;

(3) Evaluation

(4) Physical examination

1. Physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Guo Ren Bu Fa [2005]1No.), the Operation Manual for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (Guo Ren Ting Fa [2007]1No.) and the revised standards.

2. If the applicant fails to participate in the medical examination within the specified time as required, or fails to pass the medical examination, or practices fraud or conceals the real situation during the medical examination, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

(5) Investigation

1. The inspection work shall be organized and implemented by the competent department of each talent introduction unit in accordance with relevant regulations and requirements. This paper mainly investigates the ideological and political performance, moral quality, ability and quality, study and work performance, work experience, law-abiding, honesty and self-discipline of the personnel to be introduced, and whether there is avoidance relationship.

2. If the investigation results are determined to be unqualified, the employment qualification will be cancelled.

3. After the inspection, each inspection department shall form a written report on the inspection and the inspection results of the personnel to be introduced, and report it to the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work for the record.

(6) Publicity and employment

1. The information of the personnel to be introduced will be publicized on Xing 'an Party Construction Network and Xing 'an League Personnel Examination Network for 5 working days. At the same time, the report phone number was announced and accepted by the society.

2. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems affecting employment are reflected during the publicity period and verified, they will not be introduced; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the introduction will be suspended until the problems are identified before deciding whether to introduce them.

3. Upon the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem, the competent department of talent introduction shall submit files and related materials to the office of the Leading Group for Talent Work, and after examination and approval, go through the formalities of employment and registration.

4. The probationary period system shall be implemented for imported talents according to regulations, and the probationary period shall be 12 months. If the probation period fails, the employment will be cancelled.

5. The introduction of talents into the career establishment, according to the personnel management of public institutions, enjoy the corresponding post treatment of public institutions, and the minimum service life is not less than 5 years.

Four. Related requirements

1. Candidate qualification examination runs through the whole process of talent introduction. In any stage of talent introduction and during the probation period, if it is found that candidates do not meet the introduction conditions or resort to deceit, deliberately conceal personal information and disturb the normal work order of talent introduction, their employment qualifications will be cancelled and relevant responsibilities will be investigated.

2. Applicants should keep the telephone communication open during the introduction of talents.
