Personal work summary of electrical engineer

I was still in charge of the electrical work of this project in XX years. The important thing in the first half of the year is structural construction. On the electrical side, we cooperate with civil engineering to do a good job of pipeline burial and grounding lightning protection. The target construction team of the electrical project is a local construction company in Qinhuangdao. The construction quality is not a bit worse than that of the Beijing construction team, and the requirements of the local quality inspection department are too low. Therefore, in the first half of the year, I was another professional quality inspector, who provided me with a learning opportunity while strictly demanding them. If I want to convince others, I must have sufficient reasons and solid professional knowledge.

The objective of this project is special, it is close to the sea, and the underground is hard rock, so there are two situations:

1. The corrosion at the seaside is particularly heavy. The original design used galvanized steel pipes and welded steel pipes. Generally, these two kinds of pipes are the most durable, but they are not practical at the seaside. Whether galvanized steel pipe or welded steel pipe is exposed to air for half a month, it will be a thin layer of corrosion, and it will peel off when touched lightly. Brushing antirust paint has long been useless. The supervisor mentioned this to me when reviewing the project drawings. At first, I was dubious. In the case of design approval, only the above-ground part of high-voltage electricity is changed into pvc pipe, and the pipes in concrete are still galvanized steel pipe. After a one-and-a-half-month summer shutdown, all the structural columns and steel pipes reserved at the site were covered with a thick layer of rust. I was surprised and secretly pleased: I really didn't listen to the old man, and the experience really worked!

Second, because the foundation is all rocks, the lightning protection effect is not good, and the original lightning protection grounding method can not reach the value required by the specification. In the second half of my work, it is important to be responsible for the electrical pipeline laying and power supply and distribution scheme of the guest room. The laying of electrical pipelines should be very simple, but because of the uncertain scheme and imperfect drawings, my role has been changing, and I am more willing to do the work beyond my power. But fortunately, it is a test for myself and more opportunities for growth.
