Basic recruitment conditions

(1) Basic conditions that applicants should possess

(2) Other recruitment requirements

1. 3. Those who apply for the position of prosecutor for the first time should also meet the following conditions:

(1) Comply with the "Civil Service Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "People's Republic of China Civil Servant Law" ** Qualifications and qualifications stipulated in relevant laws and regulations such as the National Prosecutor's Act;

(2) Bachelor's degree or above;

(3) Aged 23 years old to 40 years old (born between May 5, 1974 and May 5, 1992);

(5) Pass the National Unified Judicial Examination and obtain the "Legal Professional Qualification Certificate" (Certificate A or B);

(6) Have been engaged in legal work for more than 2 years, including those with a master's degree or a doctorate degree. 1 year.

Practicing lawyers and other personnel engaged in legal work who meet the qualifications for serving as prosecutors and have passed the bar examination to obtain lawyer qualifications can be deemed to have passed the national unified judicial examination. Civil servants below the department level who meet the above conditions and have completed the minimum service period of 5 years can apply for the examination after being recommended by their unit and approved by the party committee organization department at the same level according to their cadre management authority.

Those who have been appointed as prosecutors (including assistant prosecutors) are not allowed to apply for the position of initial prosecutor.

(3) Situations in which you are unable to apply

1. Applicants cannot apply for positions in the same agency or unit with which they have a kinship relationship with civil servants who should be exempted;

2. Persons who have been criminally punished for crimes and have been dismissed from public office;

3. Those who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of recruitment disciplines in civil servant recruitment at all levels and are not allowed to apply Civil servants;

4. Civil servants who have been dismissed for less than 5 years;

5. Active military personnel;

6. Current non-fresh graduates (also Academic qualifications must not be used as a condition for application);

7. Civil servants with less than 5 years of service (including probation period) and staff of agencies (units) governed by the Civil Service Law;
