Article 27 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Travel Agency Regulations stipulates that the travel agency business license shall not be transferred, leased or lent. (1) Allowing or acquiescing other enterprises, groups or individuals to engage in the business activities of travel agencies in their own names, except for soliciting tourists and receiving tourists in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 34 of these Rules; (two) allow other enterprises, organizations or individuals to operate travel agency business by contracting or linking departments or individuals. Reminder: Article 47 of the Travel Agency Regulations stipulates that if a travel agency transfers, leases or lends its business license, the tourism administrative department shall order it to suspend business for rectification 1 to 3 months and confiscate its illegal income; If the circumstances are serious, the business license of the travel agency shall be revoked. If the business license of travel agency is transferred or leased, the tourism administrative department shall order it to stop its illegal operation, confiscate its illegal income and impose a fine of 6,543,800 yuan to 500,000 yuan.
