Are the Bazhou City Newspaper Office and Consumer Plaza the same unit?

The two companies are not the same company.

Different natures: Bazhou City Newspaper is an institution directly under the Bazhou Municipal Party Committee and is mainly responsible for publishing and distributing the "Bazhou News", the municipal party committee's official newspaper. The consumer plaza is a commercial center integrating leisure, entertainment and shopping. The two are different in nature.

2. Different responsibilities: The main responsibility of Bazhou City Newspaper is to publicize the party’s line, principles and policies, reflect the opinions and voices of the people, and provide reference for the decision-making of the municipal party committee and municipal government. The main responsibility of the consumer plaza is to provide commercial services to meet the shopping and entertainment needs of citizens. Therefore, the two also differ in their responsibilities.
