What are the assessment requirements for Tianjin Normal University’s pre-employment system?

1) Applicants should meet the following conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;

2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;

3. Have good conduct;

4. Have the majors or skills required for the position, refer to the professional guidance catalog issued by the Ministry of Education;

5. Have the physical condition to meet the requirements of the position;

6. Be loyal to the education cause, abide by academic norms, abide by the school's rules and regulations, have an excellent academic style and noble teacher ethics, have a high academic level, and have strong Scientific research ability and teaching ability;

7. Meet the qualifications required in the recruitment plan (see attachment for details);

8. Fresh graduates from non-Jinjin students must meet the Tianjin Municipal Settlement conditions: Persons from other provinces and cities must comply with Tianjin’s relevant policies for introducing talents; social personnel must be able to go through the transfer procedures;

9. For majors independently set up by domestic colleges and universities and those who have returned from overseas studies The majors studied focus on professional coursework and academic research content. The professional directions of these two types of candidates are certified by the degree-granting unit to be consistent with the requirements of the required professional direction and are deemed to meet the professional requirements;

10. Applicants must obtain graduation certificates and degree certificates before December 31, 2022;

11. Job age requirements: Applicants for doctoral graduates should be 35 years old and below, certified by the Ministry of Education’s Service Center Applicants with foreign (overseas) doctoral degrees, applicants with postdoctoral work experience, and candidates with outstanding performance in Tianjin's first-class construction disciplines in our school (see attachment notes) should be 40 years old or below; deputy senior and Applicants with the above professional titles and postdoctoral candidates in the first-class construction disciplines of our school in Tianjin should be 45 years old and below; the age of high-level talents with provincial and ministerial level (inclusive) talent titles can be relaxed to 50 years old and below;

12. Fresh graduates refer to graduates who leave school in 2022 and are not employed, as well as those who are not employed after graduation in 2020 and 2021. Their household registration and files will be retained at the original school or hosted by graduate employment authorities and talent exchange service agencies at all levels. And public employment service agencies can treat people as fresh graduates; among them, part-time graduates who graduated in 2020, 2021, and 2022 and can provide registration certificates or dispatch certificates can be treated as fresh graduates;
