3. Selection and transfer conditions

IV. Selection Procedure
The selection process is carried out in accordance with the procedures of open registration and qualification review, examination, inspection, public announcement, transfer and employment.
(1) Open registration and qualification review

(2) Examination
1. Written examination: The written examination shall be conducted in the form of a closed-book examination. The written test subject is "Comprehensive Knowledge", which mainly includes basic knowledge of Chinese language, current affairs and politics, basic knowledge of computer applications, official document processing, professional ability test, etc. The score is 100 points and the time is 120 minutes. The minimum passing score for the written examination is 50 points. Candidates must reach the minimum passing score before entering the next stage.
2. Interview: If a written test is conducted, shortlisted candidates for the interview will be determined in a ratio of 1:3 based on the order of written test scores from high to low. Those who are less than the specified ratio will be determined based on the actual number of candidates (written test scores must be within within the minimum qualifying score). If there are multiple candidates with the same written test scores among the last shortlisted candidates, they will all be determined as candidates for interview. If interviews are adopted directly, those who pass the qualification review will be the candidates for interview.
The interview will be conducted using a structured interview method, using a hundred-point system, with on-the-spot scoring and on-the-spot scoring (interview scores will be retained to 2 decimal places, and the third decimal place after the decimal point will be rounded off). The minimum qualifying score for the interview is 60 points. Candidates who do not reach the minimum qualifying score will not advance to the next stage.

3. Score synthesis: For written tests, the written test scores and interview scores will be combined into the total test score in a ratio of 4:6 (the total test score will be retained to 2 decimal places, and the third decimal place will be rounded); for direct interviews, , the interview score is the total exam score.
(3) Inspection
According to the number of selection plans, the candidates will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 according to the total test scores from high scores to low scores.
