My name is Ding Zhihua. I graduated from xinzhou teachers university in 2009. In the same year, I took the special post teacher recruitment examination. Because the rural environment is relatively difficult, I need to live on campus when I leave home, and other problems challenge me. The first time I stepped onto the podium, managed the class for the first time, and attended the open class for the first time, all kinds of teaching management came one after another ... but the teachers and leaders of the school gave me great help in my life and work, especially equipped with old teachers as the instructors of our new teachers. I often go to the old teachers' classes to learn their valuable teaching experience and invite them to my class.
I earnestly asked for advice, listened to their guidance, and constantly improved the level of classroom teaching, so soon I entered the role of teacher. When I officially entered this role, I found that life was not so bad! I live a full day. Although the material is poor, the living conditions are not high, and the hardware facilities are not complete, the spiritual richness is beyond words. When students call us "hello, teacher" in sweet voice, I will have a sweet feeling in my heart. When students gather around me after class to tell me interesting stories about their life and study, I will have a sense of happiness. That kind of spiritual pleasure is beyond the reach of other professions.
Most of the teachers in the rural special post program teach in remote rural areas. I work here and am also a typical rural school. With the development of rural urbanization, there are fewer and fewer students and more and more left-behind children. Young parents go out to work to earn money to support their families, leaving their children and grandparents to live in the countryside. Among my students, left-behind and semi-left-behind children account for more than half, and they all need our more care and guidance, whether in study or life. There is a child in my class. His parents have been working in other places for a long time and live with their grandparents. Not only is there a lack of care in life, but homework is also neglected. Long-term neglect of management has made him willful, playful and self-destructive. The result is worse. In order to help him, I use school and rest time to make up lessons for him, encourage him mentally, help him in life, and let him feel the teacher's concern, attention and expectation. Because this is a special group, they need our care most.
Teaching is accompanied by bitterness and joy, and young people yearn for the prosperity of the city, but rural grassroots education needs young people's contribution more. I worked as a teacher in Xi Hui primary school for seven years. I have been distressed and confused, but I have never wavered or retreated! In the past seven years, I have been growing, persisting, working hard and paying! In the past few years, the school has given me many opportunities to learn:
I went to Suzhou to participate in national training, to Taiyuan to participate in test paper proposition training, and to visit Huairen No.9 Primary School, and learned a lot of advanced education and teaching concepts, which greatly improved my education and teaching level. On the occasion of the opening of the "National Training Program (20 17)", a special post teacher training class in Hebei Province, on behalf of Zhangjiakou College, I would like to extend a warm welcome to the teachers who participated in this training! Zhangjiakou College is a municipal undergraduate college with a long history, superior conditions and profound educational background. At present, it is the only provincial backbone teacher training base in Zhangjiakou. As a teaching and research training institution of basic education in the province, it has rich teaching and research training resources, accumulated rich training experience in the professional development of primary and secondary school teachers, achieved fruitful results and won wide social praise. In this training, according to the quality status and development needs of special post teachers, in line with the training idea of combining learning, research and application, professors from well-known universities inside and outside the province, discipline teaching experts from research institutions and front-line teaching teachers were hired to join the training team to answer your questions and give you directions. At the same time, our school cooperates sincerely with the participating counties (districts) to provide high-quality teaching places, convenient living facilities, rich learning resources and capable work teams for this training to ensure the effectiveness of this training.

With the joy of early autumn and light steps, we entered a new semester and ushered in the 30th Teachers' Day. Today we gather together to hold a grand celebration. I am very happy to speak here as a representative of special post teachers. As an ordinary special post teacher, I deeply feel the trust, care, support and help of every leader and teacher. As an ordinary rural special post teacher, it is my lifelong pursuit to work hard and educate people with love. In such a special post, I work tirelessly every day, watering these rural children with my youth and sweat, with my years and hard work. Facing them, I always feel my responsibility is great, because I can't forget my children's eyes on knowledge and my parents' ardent expectations of me.
Another year in Gui Xiang, golden ears of rice in the fields and hearty laughter on campus. Looking at the blue sky and the yellow grass, I will also think of such a question: "Do I regret spending my youth here at my flowery age?"
This used to be a problem that made me extremely entangled. After studying abroad for more than ten years, I seem to have got used to the life in the city, and I will go back to the countryside after graduation. I think every special post teacher who comes back with me is not willing to do this! When I was young, I not only loved my dreams, but also had the energy, courage and motivation to realize them. I once fantasized that through my own efforts,
I have a place somewhere in a city, with a clean and bright working environment, enjoying the traffic in city easy and living a busy but fulfilling life. But my dreams always come back to reality. Faced with the huge employment pressure from outside and the eager eyes of my family, I decided to go back to my family, do my duty as a child and repay my hometown with what I have learned.
After going through various levels before taking up his post, he officially became a special post teacher in his hometown school when he started school in September. What surprised me even more was that I was arranged in my alma mater, Baimiao Middle School. Everything is so strange and familiar. My teachers inspired me, and I overcame the panic of being a teacher for the first time. The state strongly supports compulsory education in rural areas, and now the alma mater has been equipped with modern educational facilities to help teachers and students carry out teaching activities better. I hope that through our efforts, all the children who go out from here can reach the ideal place smoothly.
I know my alma mater has given me great expectations. When I first started teaching, the school asked me to substitute two English classes across grades. I also believe that I can bring them well through my efforts. Later, it turns out that it is far more difficult than I expected to do a good job in English education in rural junior high schools. English subjects can be said to be blank, so I made a careful plan. When I first took over, I spent a week matching the faces and names of students in two classes and a week understanding their personalities, hobbies and personal specialties. Gradually, my classmates accepted me. When I appeared in the noisy classroom, they no longer treated me like air, but consciously returned to their positions to do their own things. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I gradually established my authority. Children in rural areas are simple, and every child is different. I put forward different requirements for students at different levels: to help top students enter the top ranks by taking the next step, and to use interest incentive method for underachievers, so that they can play their own specialties according to their own interests. There are different degrees of progress on their own basis. I am very pleased to see this effect, which is also the motivation for my follow-up work.
The teaching process is full of bitterness and joy. "Teaching and learning learn from each other", but it is not enough to learn only through "teaching". It is very important to strengthen professional learning. I often reflect on my own shortcomings. I humbly ask the old teacher, read the good materials attentively, and sincerely listen to the wonderful ideas.
