How many rounds of interviews are there at China Mobile Hangzhou R&D Center?

Interviews at the center typically consist of two rounds.

1. The first round is a group meeting. Usually there are about 10 to 13 people in a group. The topic of discussion is to choose two home appliances in smart homes as the focus of promotion and design the corresponding APP. This round of interviews mainly examines teamwork and problem-solving abilities. During the discussion, the interviewer will observe the frequency and content of each group member's speech and judge their active thinking, logical ability and innovation.

2. The second round is one-sided. The interviewer will ask questions based on the content of the resume, mainly asking about technical capabilities, project experience, etc. This round mainly examines the candidates’ professional skills and practical experience. The interviewer will carefully inquire about each project listed on the candidate's resume to understand the role they played in the project, as well as the specific work content and results.
