Three-dimensional daily work

Job responsibilities: 1, control and inspection of workpiece production process; 2. Check the dimensions of the die parts to ensure the quality of the die; Requirements: steel and electrodes will be measured by Heicks, molds will be measured by Nikon secondary projector, and form reports will be made. I have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine, abbreviated as CMM, three-dimensional maintenance refers to an instrument that can calculate various geometric shapes, dimensions and other measuring capabilities in three-dimensional measurable space according to the point data returned by the probe system, also known as coordinate measuring machine or coordinate measuring bed.

Three-coordinate working principle

Any shape is composed of spatial points, and all geometric measurements can be attributed to the measurement of spatial points, so accurate collection of spatial point coordinates is the basis for evaluating any geometric shape. The basic principle of CMM is to put the measured part into its allowed measuring space and accurately measure the values of points on the surface of the measured part in three coordinate positions in space. The coordinate values of these points are maintained in three dimensions after computer data processing, and fitted to form measuring elements, such as circles, spheres, cylinders, cones and curved surfaces. And their shapes, position tolerances and other geometric data are obtained through mathematical calculation.

In measurement technology, the appearance of grating ruler and later capacitive grating, magnetic grating and laser interferometer has revolutionized the digitalization of size information, which can not only be displayed digitally, but also lay the foundation for computer processing and control of geometric measurement. A three-coordinate measuring instrument can be defined as "an instrument with a detector that can move in three directions and on three mutually perpendicular guide rails.". The detector transmits signals in a contact or non-contact manner, and the three-axis displacement measurement system (such as an optical ruler) calculates the coordinates (x, y, z) of each point of the workpiece through a data processor or computer and measures various functions. " The measuring function of three-coordinate measuring instrument should include dimensional accuracy, positioning accuracy, geometric accuracy and contour accuracy.
