1. Subsidies are distributed in two nodes: contract filing and confirmation certification. Each node is subject to the contract filing time. 2. Full-time doctoral students, full-time master students in "double-class" universities, undergraduate students in "double-class" construction universities, and master students in ordinary universities who have worked in our county for three consecutive years and whose units normally pay social insurance premiums are given1.50,000 yuan and 60,000 yuan respectively. 30,000 yuan, 30,000 yuan housing subsidy. (3) Distribution

Within 2 working days after the completion of the examination and approval, the county housing and urban-rural development bureau will allocate the housing subsidy funds to the bank account of the subsidy object.

Four. Related requirements

1. If it is necessary to cancel or change the commercial housing sales contract after the housing subsidy is issued, the housing subsidy shall be returned first, and then the cancellation or change procedures shall be handled.

2. If the applicant defrauds the housing subsidy, he shall recover the housing subsidy he has received and include it in his personal credit record; If the case constitutes a crime, legal responsibility shall be investigated according to law. If a real estate development enterprise cooperates with the applicant to defraud the purchase subsidy by fraudulent means, the enterprise responsibility shall be investigated according to law and included in the enterprise credit record; If the case constitutes a crime, legal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
