What are the recruitment places in Dalian?

I know three. One is on Gorky Road. It began to be used in April this year. It was moved from the original Union Road. It seems that Union Road has just stopped construction. The second one is at the starting station of Jiefang Square Road 28. There is a newly-built Baishan Road talent market, mainly a part-time market. Many people are looking for jobs outside and there are many employment agencies nearby. The third one is on Jinma Road in the Development Zone, diagonally opposite to the Development Zone Library, near Jinma Mall.
