Mainly responsible for the collection and management of central tax, central and local taxes, including: value-added tax, consumption tax, financial insurance business tax, corporate income tax of central enterprises and enterprises newly established after 2002, income tax of foreign-invested enterprises and foreign enterprises, personal income tax of savings deposit interest, vehicle purchase tax, and also responsible for the management of tax refund (exemption) for export goods.
