1. 1 Director of the Academic Affairs Office

(1) Love private higher education and be familiar with private higher education policies, laws and regulations;

(2) Have rich experience in education and teaching management, and have Strong organizational management, coordination and control capabilities, advanced management concepts, strong sense of innovation, and the ability to work full-time in the college;

(3) Have a full-time undergraduate degree or above, and a professional title of associate senior or above, Have more than five years of experience in educational administration in colleges and universities, be physically and mentally healthy, and generally be no more than 62 years old;

(4) For particularly outstanding candidates, the job requirements may be relaxed appropriately.

2. 1 Director of the Student Affairs Office

(1) Member of the Communist Party of China, bachelor degree or above, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience;

(3) Have rich professional knowledge in psychology and strong thinking Guidance and psychological counseling skills, high sensitivity, able to detect abnormal situations among students in time and deal with them;
