There are 0/2 professional teachers/kloc-,including 2 professors (2 tutors for master students), 2 associate professors, 6 lecturers and 2 teaching assistants. All teachers have the experience of studying in Japan, and they are a team with strong sense of responsibility, young age and good development prospects.
Since 2006, Japanese Department has enrolled 90 students in 3 classes every year. We always believe that teaching quality is the lifeline of undergraduate teaching. According to the arrangement of the school, we carefully revised the teaching plan in 2009 to promote the coordinated development of scale and quality. In order to better meet the needs of social development, the Japanese Department began to implement bilingual (Japanese and English) teaching (English as a minor) in 2005.
Japanese Department trains applied professionals who can engage in education, diplomacy, foreign trade, foreign-related enterprise management and information processing. Students are required to have a solid grasp of the basic knowledge of Japanese language and culture, have the skills of listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation, and have a high level of English. They should have a broad understanding of the social, historical, cultural, political and economic status quo of the language countries they are learning, and have good Chinese and Japanese expression skills.

We actively organize students to participate in various Japanese competitions. For many years, every year, students have won prizes in Japanese professional speech competitions in Tianjin and universities across the country. Among them, in 2007, he won the second prize in the All-China Japanese Speech Competition. In recent years, the employment rate of Japanese graduates is 100%. In the past six years, the number of graduate students admitted to universities at home and abroad has reached 37.
