Xuzhou Forging, Yangzhou Forging, Zhejiang Forging and Shanghai Second Forging are similar in level.

Liyang sells iron, which is cheap, but the quality is still worse than the above four.

However, if you buy an old J23 punch, I suggest you buy Li Yang. Only Li Yang is still trying to produce this old-fashioned punch. Like Xu Forging and Yang Forging, they don't make old-fashioned punches. Moreover, the J23 open tilting press itself is simple enough.
