My philosophy of education

At the beginning of the new year, I wish you all good luck in the Year of the Rooster!

Flowers are similar year after year, but people are different year after year! Everything I go back to my hometown every Spring Festival will make me think a lot about my life and future.

I am a child from the countryside, without a prominent background and a well-off family, but I am very lucky. The land and crops in the countryside have endowed me with the nature of being practical, diligent, grateful and hardworking. I believe these qualities will be deeply rooted in my genes.

Before I went to college, I never thought I would be a teacher in the future. After all, life is not what I imagined.

When I first went to college, my classmates all wanted to take part-time jobs to reduce the burden on their families. Last semester, I worked as a waiter in a restaurant near my school. I was tired and hungry for less than 10 yuan an hour, which made me feel the hardship of joining the WTO for the first time. Later, by chance, I was exposed to a part-time job in an off-campus training institution. It is this job that has made me what I am now, and my four-year college life is different from others. Four years in college, I don't have a complete weekend and holiday. When other students enjoy a rare lie-in on the weekend morning, I get up early in the cold and hot summer, but when other students enjoy holidays and travel, my travel plan has been postponed again and again.

I live a hard life, and life has honed me with hardships.

After graduating from college, you can choose to teach at school or do your own extracurricular training industry. I chose the latter. Perhaps, as one of my university teachers said, I am so suitable to be a teacher, but as a young man with feelings of home and country, I am so reluctant to be a teacher under the current education system. I am eager to contribute to our educational reform, because in several years of teaching practice, I have found that there are so many unsatisfactory places in our education. I want to contribute my own value to our children and let more children grow better because of our educational institutions! ……

At present, due to the lack and disconnection of family education, school education and social education, too many children have personality disorders, and various problem children puzzles every parent. We firmly believe that every problem child is a microcosm of a problem family, and every problem family embodies the ethos of our society! We are committed to making Thomson's children have independent spirit and free thinking!

Thirdly, lifelong education.

We define education in this way: education is love that is moved again and again. We should return education to its original purpose, which is love. If Mr. Thomson loves children the most, then the process of touching our children again and again with love is the process of education. We should extend this love to children's lives. We will establish a detailed file for each student, record the growth process of students and keep it for a long time. We welcome our students to return to their alma mater to recall this love and this touch after they become talents one day!

After all, the education reform in China needs a group of passionate young people to think and explore, and we are such a group of ferrymen on the road!
