When we were immersed in the festive moment of welcoming the Olympic Games, the' snowstorm' in 2008 made us dumbfounded; When we were excited to go home for the New Year, this' snowstorm' suddenly chilled our hearts to freezing point. The snowstorm in 2008 hurt the mood of most people in China. Because it makes our life and work suddenly in trouble, who can be in a good mood? The storm brought us disaster and thought. My thoughts are as follows:

1, there are true feelings everywhere in the world

The snowstorm came suddenly and violently; Natural disasters first affected Beijing-Zhuhai-expressway, and expressway was closed the day after the snowstorm. The first thing I saw was the scene of the Wuhan section of the Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, the long-distance truck driver who was closed on the expressway day and night; They huddled in the cab coldly, because they couldn't do it before and after; It can only be closed on the way to expressway. In the middle of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere; They prayed to God to give them a gift to get them out of danger. However, God didn't give them gifts, but our local government organized villagers. Providing them with hot meals and boiled water for free, this warm feeling gives them the fighting spirit to overcome the' natural disasters' at once; You know, at this time, no one has organized disaster relief. That's just the help of the local government and villagers out of' true feelings'.

Today, I met a reporter who came back from an interview with Guangzhou Railway Station and talked about the tragic situation of Guangzhou Railway Station. That is really a once-in-a-century thing. However, in the face of this sudden natural disaster, the staff of Guangzhou Municipal Government and Guangzhou Railway Station are really like angels. Even this reporter admired its performance in the' natural disaster'; Because in this crisis, ordinary people can feel the warmth around them; Look at our cadres, who don't rest themselves, but give their beds to passengers with children to rest; Can you say it is not warm?

Looking at the snowstorm, I remembered the self-employed boss who helped poor college students but wanted others to thank him. I also thought of the person in charge of our state-owned enterprise, who earns millions of dollars a year and doesn't care about the low-income workers in his unit. I really don't understand that they are also from China; Why is the gap so big? Seeing that ordinary people can give their true feelings, how can we who "should be grateful for reform and opening up" be so cruel?

2. It turns out that leading cadres can keep a distance from ordinary people.

The snowstorm made our leading cadres walk out of the office. On the way to sweep the snow, we met the secretary of the provincial party Committee. At the closed site in expressway, we also met the secretary of the provincial party Committee; What is even more touching is that the traffic between Changsha and the outside world is blocked; Our Premier the State Council went to the scene by all means. Yes! See where the snowstorm hits us. It is always leading cadres who arrange disaster relief directly on the front line. In times of crisis, you can always see leading cadres around you; Can you not have the courage to overcome natural disasters? When passengers stranded at Changsha Railway Station see Premier Wen around, can they still complain? Seeing that so many people responded to the call of "not going home for the New Year" this time is actually the result of our leading cadres' real zero-distance contact with the people.

Our senior leading cadres can keep a distance from the people, so can other cadres not take the lead? Look at our accident repair site in Wuhan, which is faster than usual; Can you say that this is not the role of zero distance between leading cadres and ordinary people? Yes! Look at our field staff, many of whom are led by cadres; And there is a leader on the front line. Because of this, our people have no complaints; Really formed a situation of * * * and disaster.

However, I wonder why our leading cadres don't do this in ordinary economic construction; Look at some of our small cadres, just sitting in the office and drawing a box; Arrange what the people do, and never go to the scene to contact the people. There are even some leaders who think about going abroad all day and eating and drinking; I thought I could plan a beautiful blueprint. This is why we ordinary people usually complain about leading cadres, but we don't complain when we encounter natural and man-made disasters. If our leading cadres are like natural and man-made disasters at ordinary times, can our relationship between cadres and the masses be tense? Will our society be out of harmony?

3. The formalistic emergency plan aggravated the losses of ordinary people.

There is a mantra among cadres of all sizes in China, that is,' we have an emergency plan'; The snowstorm has frozen the plans of some departments and units to freezing point. If our Beijing-Guangzhou line is interrupted, we won't see our plan working; We must know that the Beijing-Guangzhou line is the main artery of China, and it is a special guarantee even in peacetime; Besides, we are the peak of Spring Festival travel rush. As a result, the snowstorm stopped the railway we were most looking forward to; Who will bear the loss, the people will bear it in vain in the snow

Originally, our country had a characteristic. Blizzard will disrupt road and civil aviation traffic. This is a natural disaster. The railway has also stopped, which is a man-made disaster exposed by natural disasters. Yes! We usually lie in the easy chair and make plans, but there is nothing we can do about the snowstorm; This is not a natural disaster, but a man-made disaster. If we don't take this as a warning, our leaders at all levels will still be complacent about their contributions to disaster relief.

We should investigate the responsibility afterwards, regardless of the level of approval; Everyone has to take responsibility. Because of these inaction plans, our people have suffered; It also caused greater disaster losses to the country.

4. The irrationality of our employment system.

The difference between employment and housing caused by our reform and opening up is that we have several peak passenger flows every year; Because employment is different from study, you can change your residence after a few years of study; And employment may be a lifetime thing. Look at the separation of occupation and residence in our society now, which has increased our passenger flow; Or how many families have empty nesters and empty nesters. This is actually caused by the unreasonable employment system and the unbalanced development of China's productive forces; If we don't correct this problem from the perspective of productivity balance, the passenger flow in our society will never be satisfied.

Yes! This snowstorm let us see the effect of "a national chess game"; With coal and electricity so tight, we have guaranteed the interests of ordinary people. However, the snowstorm in 2008 also exposed the shortcomings of our "fragmented" management. You see, our army has long been reformed, with the compound multi-arms combination as the management unit; However, our administrative system is still a linear functional management system, so a joint team was established after the disaster; This is our management thinking and system principle, and it is also the result of our insufficient ability to pre-control disasters.

The snowstorm in 2008, though a natural disaster, made most people in China suffer greatly. But if we can learn something from it, we can reduce such losses in the future; We really have to thank this snowstorm. Our officials are in charge, and we are in charge; Then we are really sad, because we don't know where the future disaster will come from.
