The examination is divided into written examination and interview.

1, written test

The comprehensive written test only takes one subject, including basic knowledge such as laws and regulations, political and economic theory, current political policies, scientific and technological knowledge, provincial conditions and comprehensive writing. The written test uses a percentage system to calculate candidates' scores. The written test is conducted in the synchronous written test of provincial institutions by means of unified examination, unified standard and unified marking.

After the written test results are announced, the written test results will be determined according to the recruitment position and the examination situation. From the candidates who have achieved the written test results, the interviewer is determined from high score to low score according to the recruitment position plan. The number of interviewees is determined according to the ratio of 1:3. If the number of people entering the interview does not reach the above-mentioned proportion of the number of interviewers, the number of people entering the interview shall be determined according to the actual qualified number. The total test scores of candidates are calculated according to the proportion of written test scores and interview scores accounting for 50% respectively. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded off. According to the ranking of the total test scores, the candidates for physical examination are determined in equal proportions according to the ratio of 1: 1. The interview score determined as a medical examination candidate shall not be less than 60 points. If the total test scores of candidates in the same recruitment position of the employer are the same, the candidates for inspection and physical examination shall be determined according to the written test scores from high to low; If the written test and interview results are the same, the candidate for medical examination shall be determined by means of additional test. The written test scores, interview scores and total test scores are announced to the public on the website of Linyi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau (/) according to the prescribed procedures.

The interviewer shall pay the interview examination fee of 70 yuan per person. After examination, applicants who enjoy the written examination fee reduction will no longer pay the interview examination fee.
