1. According to the inquiry of Wuhan Local Treasure, the newly hired full-time teachers will implement the current salary system of Wuhan Donghu College, and the salary of special talents will be discussed separately.

2. The school provides a set of free housing for full-time teachers in the south campus. Those who have worked full-time in the south campus for 10 years can get a set of commercial housing ownership with an area of 95 to 100 square meters for free.

3. Full-time teachers with full-time senior professional titles, associate senior professional titles or doctoral degrees in the South Campus can be employed for their spouses in the South Campus. Full-time teachers with doctoral degrees can enjoy associate professor treatment and doctoral degree allowance before being hired as associate professors.

4. The school buys five insurances, one gold and supplementary medical insurance for the newly hired full-time teachers working in Wuhan South Campus.
