6. It is strictly prohibited to use public vehicles privately to participate in weddings and funerals. If an immediate relative of a staff member of this unit dies and needs a car, special arrangements can be made with the approval of the deputy director of the administrative section of the office.

7. If you drive out without permission or lend your vehicle to others to drive, causing damage to the vehicle or traffic accidents, the driver will be responsible and will be held accountable depending on the circumstances.

8. After the vehicle departure task is completed, the vehicles will be put into storage or parked in designated parking spaces. If the vehicle does not park according to regulations and causes losses, the driver of the vehicle will be responsible for compensation.

9. The driver's business trip reimbursement bill shall be reviewed and signed by the person in charge of the administrative department and reported to the deputy director in charge of finance for signature.

10. The Administrative Section should report the vehicle dispatch situation to the deputy director in charge of the office in a timely manner.
