2014 Announcement of Contract Nursing Staff Recruitment at Funing County People’s Hospital, Yancheng, Jiangsu
In order to meet the work needs of the south and north campuses of our hospital and improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing services, we are now recruiting 40 clinical nursing staff from the public. Relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Recruitment number
20 registered nurses (including those registered in 2013), 20 fresh graduates of the nursing major in 2014 (including 2 midwifery majors) name).
2. Recruitment targets and conditions
(1) Recruitment targets
1. Graduates of nursing majors who have registered before December 31, 2010;
2. Registered graduates of nursing majors from junior college or above recognized by the state;
3. Fresh graduates of full-time nursing majors from junior college or above who were enrolled in the national general plan in 2014.
(2) Recruitment conditions
Recruitment targets must meet the following conditions:

3. Recruitment methods and procedures
1. Open registration: All qualified candidates will be invited from January 13, 2014 to January 17, 2014 (7:30-11 am) : 30, 14:00-17:30 in the afternoon) register at the hospital office on the 4th floor of the outpatient building of the old campus of Funing County People's Hospital (No. 109 Fucheng Street).
When registering, you must bring your valid ID card, valid graduation certificate issued by the school, graduation certificate, nurse practice certificate, nurse practitioner examination certificate since 2012, nursing job training certificate, provincial and above publications Originals and copies of published nursing papers and other relevant documents, 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos of yourself, and an examination fee of 100 yuan.
2. Qualification review: Only those who meet the qualifications can take the exam.
3. Organize exams: including written exams and interviews, each worth 100 points, with 60 points marking the passing mark. The content of the written test is basic nursing theories and basic knowledge. Those who pass the written test will be interviewed. The content of the interview is nursing professional skills and related knowledge.

4. Determine the employment: According to the principle of selecting the best from high to low based on the total score of the written examination and interview, determine the personnel to be hired (no more than 4 people with only technical secondary school education; those with the same score must hold nursing positions) Those with training certificates will be given priority; those with the same score and higher academic qualifications will be given priority, those with the same educational qualifications will be given priority, and those with the same nursing experience and a thesis will be given priority).
5. Organize physical examinations: Organize physical examinations for personnel to be hired. Physical examination standards and methods shall be implemented with reference to the "General Standards for Physical Examinations for Civil Servants Recruitment (Trial)".
6. Personnel announcement: Personnel who have passed the physical examination will be announced.
7. Apply for employment: It is announced that those with no objections have undergone pre-job training, passed the assessment at the end of the probation period, and signed an employment contract after completing the transfer of registration; fresh graduates will obtain their diplomas on time, undergo pre-job training, and complete the probation period. An employment contract will be signed after passing the assessment and completing the first registration on time.
