The Civil Aviation Administration is a public institution.

Its job responsibilities are:

(a) put forward the development strategy and medium-and long-term planning of the civil aviation industry, as well as special planning suggestions related to the comprehensive transportation system;

(2) Undertaking the supervisory duties of civil aviation flight safety and ground safety; Responsible for civil aviation air traffic management and the preparation of civil aviation airspace planning;

Responsible for the supervision and management of civil aviation communication, navigation and surveillance, navigation information and aviation meteorology;

(4) Formulating standards for civil aircraft accidents and accident symptoms, and investigating and handling civil aircraft accidents according to regulations.
