Matters needing attention of part-time electrician

First, safety is the first factor. Only when you are safe can you not hurt yourself. Only when you are safe will you not bring pain to the people you love. The most important thing about safety is that people have safety awareness, and the equipment has no safety hazards.

Second, familiar with electrical safety regulations, operating procedures and operation and maintenance procedures.

Three, have a solid basic skills, familiar with the basic principles of electrical appliances and the primary and secondary schematic diagram, installation diagram and actual wiring diagram;

Four, the electrical equipment, should strengthen the inspection and maintenance, to prevent their own fire and explosion.

Five, to check regularly, replace the electrical circuit, to prevent the circuit corrosion and aging caused by leakage short circuit.

Six, flammable and explosive places should be in accordance with the provisions, choose explosion-proof electrical appliances, switches and lamps and lanterns, line requirements laid in protective casing.

Seven, temporary line should be approved by the department head, in accordance with the requirements, such as the designated persons responsible for the immediate removal after use.

Eight, according to the provisions set lightning protection device and electrostatic grounding device, and regular inspection, make it meet the safety requirements.

Nine, the power room should be tight, to prevent short circuit caused by small animals, and to prevent leakage.

Ten, electrical fire, should first cut off the power supply, and then put out the fire. Foam extinguisher is strictly prohibited when fighting. Dry powder fire extinguisher and carbon dioxide fire extinguisher can be used.

11. When electrical maintenance is carried out, the power must be cut off, and a sign "No switching on when someone is operating" is hung on the handle of the power switch. Power failure, discharge, electricity inspection and maintenance must be supervised by the person in charge of the operation, otherwise the operation may not be carried out. Under normal circumstances, live working is prohibited. If live maintenance is needed, it should be approved by the factory leaders and reliable safety measures should be taken. Maintenance personnel and guardians must be electricians with practical experience.

Twelve, electrical workers, should wear labor protection articles in accordance with the provisions and the correct use of electrical tools and fire equipment that meet the safety requirements;

Thirteen, electrical operators should strictly implement the operation ticket, work ticket system, work permit system, work monitoring system, work interruption, transfer and termination system;

Fourteen, the personnel on duty should patrol the running electrical equipment during work, and monitor the operation of the equipment;

15. Live working on electrical equipment and power supply lines is not allowed. Before maintenance, it must be confirmed whether all equipment is powered off. After power failure, lock the power switch and hang signs such as "No switching, someone is working";

Sixteen, approved must be charged maintenance, reliable safety measures should be taken, and by people with practical experience as guardians, otherwise no work;

17. The erection of temporary lines shall strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the Application Form for Temporary Wiring Devices. "A 380-volt rubber temporary line with good insulation is suspended on the ground: not less than 2.5 meters indoors and not less than 3.5 meters outdoors;

Eighteen, replace the fuse, fuse should be selected in strict accordance with the provisions, and other metal wires should not be used at will.
