The requirements for taking the nurse certificate are as follows: 1. Those who have completed the general full-time courses of nursing and midwifery for more than 3 years in secondary vocational schools and institutions of higher learning, including nursing clinical practice for more than 8 months in teaching and general hospitals, and obtained the corresponding academic certificates can apply for taking the nurse qualification examination.

Applicants for the nurse qualification examination shall register within the time limit specified in the announcement and submit the following materials:

(1) Application form for nurse qualification examination;

(2) my identity certificate;

(3) Three two-inch bareheaded frontal half-length photos within half a year;

(4) my graduation certificate;

(five) other materials required for the review.
