How to deal with the unevenness of longitudinal shear opening

The treatment methods for unsmooth slitting of slitting machine are as follows:

1. Lift the pinch roller, shake the pinch device, send the film head to the cutting port, and start the roller cutter to cut about 1000mm to stop cutting.

2. Check the items including film width and burr, and make records. If the inspection is unqualified, find out the reason and re-adjust the knife and try to cut until it is qualified.

3. Flatten the plate and press the pinch roller.

4. The inching roller shears and uncoilers shear about 6m, and stop cutting when it is good.

5. Adjust the distributing belt, and increase the width by 1mm according to the corresponding width.

6. Loosen the tensioning device, manually pull the plate, pass through the distributing belt and tensioning device for about 1.5m, and then tighten the device.
