Whether it is actors or assistants, they will only be recruited from within the industry and not externally. The crew only selects actors for new movies if they are already actors. Those who are not actors, if they are girls, can go to long-term free preliminary auditions organized by insiders to wait for opportunities. Your chance comes when young actresses refuse certain roles. But you must be willing to play any role. The audition also focuses on testing these shots. You must be able to shoot non-sexual nudes in public in order to be selected. Since there are no men who refuse to play any roles, there is no need for a male actor in this audition.
