IV. Basic recruitment conditions

(3) Age: Teachers above middle school (vocational school, technical secondary school) and under 40 years old (born after January 1, 1971). (4) Educational qualifications: Those who teach in complete middle schools and ordinary high schools in our district or teach cultural courses in vocational and technical schools must have a full-time undergraduate degree or above; those who teach in junior middle schools or vocational schools in our district must Those who teach professional courses in technical schools and technical secondary schools must have a bachelor's degree or above; teachers imported from primary schools must have a bachelor's degree or above, except for Shunde graduates who must have a college degree or above. (5) Professional title: Teachers introduced on the job are required to have an intermediate professional title or above (those who have not reached the required years for the evaluation of intermediate professional titles are required to have a junior professional title). Teachers of professional courses introduced in vocational and technical schools must be "double-qualified" teachers. (7) Other conditions:
1. Applicants who are fresh graduates and non-Shunde students must also meet one of the following conditions:

5. Recruitment Procedures
(1) Registration and qualification review.

(2) Interview.
The interviews are guided by the district education bureau, which formulates interview implementation guidelines, and is organized and implemented by each town (street) education bureau and district-affiliated schools. Each recruitment unit sets up a teacher recruitment interview and assessment team consisting of 5-7 people. (6) Recruitment.
