1. Try turning off and restarting the TV.

If the TV can't display normally, please update the TV system first.

3. Enter the recovery mode, clear the data, and then turn on the computer.

The access method is as follows:

① Equipment with infrared remote control as standard: After the TV is turned off, press and hold the home menu key at the same time, aim the remote control at the position of the infrared receiver, and then press the TV power-on key until it enters the recovery mode.

② Equipment with standard Bluetooth remote control: After the TV is turned off, press and hold the Enter key and the Enter key at the same time, and then press the TV power-on key until it enters the recovery mode.
