According to the information of official website of Haining Municipal People's Government, Xucun Town, Chang 'an Town (High-tech Zone) and Yan Guan Tourist Resort are included in the planning. The planning area of Hangzhou-Jiaxing integration cooperation pioneer zone is about 550 square kilometers, and the implementation period is until 2025. The implementation scope includes Nanyuan Street, donghu street Street, Qiaosi Street, Linping Street and Yunhe Street in Linping District of Hangzhou, Xiasha Street and Baiyang Street in Qiantang District, Xucun Town and Chang 'an Town (High-tech Zone) in Haining City, and Mazhen Town in Tongxiang City, which will link Yan Guan Tourism Resort in Haining.
