There are 393 registered households in the village, with a registered population of 1 1,324, a labor force of 7 1 person and 696 employees.

It has jurisdiction over 6 natural villages, including Changbang, Xilian Community, Longshantou, Tangjiagang, Shenjiawan and Jinjiabang, and has 2 1 villagers' groups. In 2005, due to the needs of the construction of Wujiang Export Processing Zone, the farmhouses in Xilian Village were gradually demolished, and the relocated households were placed in centralized resettlement sites in the village to build their own houses. By 2006, 300 households had been built in Western Union Community. From 2008 to 20 13, 265 households moved to shanhu garden.

Jinlong Village is located in the southeast of Wujiang Economic Development Zone, covering an area of 4. 13 square kilometers, with Changbai Dang in the east, Xilian Village in the west, Li Anmin Village in the south and Lingyi Village in the north. It has jurisdiction over 9 natural villages including Jinlong Port, Qiaotou Port, Yinjia Port, Bird Release Port, Huaijia Bridge, Zhou 'a Port, Nanrugeng, Henggangli and Tangshen Port, and 15 villagers' groups.
