According to the needs of work and the provisions of the Implementation Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Institutions in Ningbo, the Management Committee of Hangzhou Bay New Area in Ningbo decided to openly recruit 3 staff members from subordinate institutions in Zhejiang Province. 1. Introduction of the recruiting unit

Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New District is located in the north of Ningbo, on the south bank of Hangzhou Bay Bridge, with a planned land area of about 235 square kilometers and a sea area of about 35 square kilometers. Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Management Committee is an agency of Ningbo Municipal People's Government, responsible for the development, construction and management of the new area. The 11 units recruited this time are all public institutions that are fully funded by the management Committee.

3. Registration method: First download and fill in the registration form from one of Zhejiang Talent Network (www.zjrc.com), Ningbo Talent Network (www.nbrc.com.cn), Ningbo Hangzhou Bay New Area Website (www.hzw.gov.cn) and Cixi Talent Network (www.cxhr.com) (see Annex 2 for details). Bring the original and photocopy of the following documents within the specified registration time: the registration form, my ID card, household register (the first page of the collective household register and the photocopy of my information page after the local public security department seals the collective household registration), academic certificate, relevant qualification certificate, work experience certificate issued by relevant units and a recent bareheaded 1-inch photo, etc., and register with the management committee of Hangzhou Bay New Area in Ningbo. Overseas students from Hong Kong, Macao and abroad must also provide overseas academic credentials issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education.

4. Personal information provided by candidates must be true and valid. At the time of registration, the CMC will conduct a preliminary examination of the applicants' qualifications and explain the reasons to those who fail in the preliminary examination. Those who have incomplete documents or provide documents that do not meet the qualification conditions for registration cannot pass the qualification examination.

5. The ratio between the number of applicants applying for the same position and the number of recruitment plans should not be less than 3: 1. If the ratio between the number of applicants and the number of recruitment plans is less than 3: 1 within the specified registration time, the number of candidates to be recruited for this position will be reduced or the recruitment will be cancelled (if there are several recruitment indicators for the same position, the recruitment indicators will be reduced accordingly; If the recruitment index is 1, it will be cancelled). (II) Examination

This open recruitment examination is conducted by a combination of written examination and interview, which is specifically organized and implemented by the personnel department of the CMC.

1. Written test

The written test is a comprehensive paper, in which professional questions account for 4%, public questions account for 6%, and the full score is 1 points. The specific time and place of the written test will be notified separately. Candidates will take the written test with their ID cards and admission tickets. If the number of people actually taking the written test is 1:1, the post recruitment index will be reduced or cancelled.

after the written test, the interviewee shall be determined according to the ratio of 1:3 from high score to low score (if the ratio is less than 1: 3, it shall be determined according to the facts). 2. Interview

The interview mainly tests the candidates' oral expression ability, adaptability, analytical ability, accuracy in answering questions and manners. The total score of the interview is 1 points, and those with less than 6 points are eliminated.

3. Test scores

The total test score is the sum of 5% of the written test score and 5% of the interview score, with a full score of 1 points. Among those qualified in the interview, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the ratio of 1:1 from high score to low score. The total score is the same, according to the written test results. Candidates can log on to the website of Hangzhou Bay New Area in Ningbo and Ningbo Talent Network on October 12th to check the list of participants in physical examination and assessment.

(III) Physical examination and assessment

After downloading the physical examination notice on the Internet (or after receiving the telephone notice), the participants will attend the physical examination at the designated place at the required time, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standard for National Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial).

after the physical examination, the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of those who pass the physical examination will be assessed in detail. Those who fail the examination will be eliminated.

when there is a vacancy in the recruitment position due to unqualified physical examination or assessment, the candidates who have passed the interview will be filled according to the total test scores from high to low.

(4) Publicity and employment

Those who pass the examination are the persons to be employed, and the list will be publicized on the website of Hangzhou Bay New Area in Ningbo and Ningbo Talent Online for seven working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if the problems that are not reflected or reflected do not affect the employment after investigation, the relevant procedures such as employment shall be handled according to the regulations. If the problems reflected affect the employment and there is evidence, they will not be employed, and the vacant places can be filled in the interview qualified personnel according to the prescribed procedures; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after the investigation.
