Drying principle of wood drying equipment

In the refrigeration cycle, the refrigerant goes through the following four processes:

Compression process: Low temperature and low pressure refrigerant gas is compressed into high temperature and high pressure gas by compressor. At this time, the work done by the compressor is converted into the internal energy of refrigerant gas, which makes the temperature and pressure rise, which is called adiabatic process in thermodynamics.

Condensation process: the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas from the compressor flows through the condenser, and is continuously released to the outside by wind or water, and condensed into medium-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid. When the refrigerant is liquefied, the temperature J is low but the pressure is constant, which is called isobaric process in thermodynamics.

Throttling process: the medium-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid coming out of the condenser becomes low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid after throttling by the throttling device. In thermodynamics, it is called an isenthalpic process.

Evaporation process: the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid coming out of the throttling device flows through the evaporator, and the heat is continuously absorbed into the room by wind or water, and evaporated into low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas. The absorbed heat becomes the latent heat of the refrigerant. Although the temperature does not rise much, the internal energy increases a lot. Because the pressure changes very little, it is called isobaric process in thermodynamics.

These four thermodynamic processes constitute an inverse Carnot cycle.
