Article 10 Organizational forms of various departments

I. Board of Directors: The board of directors is the executive body of the Alumni Association. It is composed of the president's group and directors of various departments to lead the daily work of the association. Each post is changed once a year;

The minister of each department is a sophomore, which is decided by the president group. Ministers decide on internal work arrangements and the training of freshmen and new directors;

7. Advisory group: several people, invited by alumni who have worked in the Council;

Basketball team: It is composed of excellent basketball players of the Alumni Association, including captain, junior, vice captain, sophomore and referee.

I. The Council

1. Recommend and elect principals, vice-principals, ministers and directors;

2. Organize various activities;

3. Discuss and decide on the work of the Alumni Association and other major issues;

4. Amend the articles of association of Guangjin Jieyang Alumni Association.

Second, the chairman's group and various departments

Presidium: representing the external image, grasping the development direction of the Alumni Association, coordinating the activities of the Alumni Association, foreign exchanges, articles of association activities, etc. , and convene a board meeting.

Secretariat: responsible for the account management of daily income and expenditure, including keeping expense receipts, electronic documents and paper accounts, keeping alumni association funds and being responsible for cashiers. Responsible for the management of alumni association documents, including accounts of each semester, plans of various activities, electronic versions of purchase orders, lists of alumni associations, and photos of activities.

Organization Department: Plan the activities organized by the Alumni Association, be responsible for the personnel arrangement of various activities, coordinate the work of various departments, and be responsible for the control of the activity site and the handling of special circumstances.

Logistics Department: responsible for purchasing materials for various activities, issuing purchase receipts and making lists. Responsible for keeping the information of the alumni association, including work clothes, flags, ball games pennants, etc.

Propaganda Department: responsible for the publicity notice of alumni association activities, designing slogans of various activities, and managing Weibo, WeChat and Fetion of alumni association. Responsible for the registration and statistics of chartered cars.

Basketball Team: Represent the Alumni Association in the annual Chaoshan Cup Basketball Tournament; Friendly matches with other basketball teams in the school, and competitions of other school alumni associations.
