The employment scope is graduates under 30 years old (1 born after May, 19801), full-time college graduates with college degree or above, full-time party member undergraduates and postgraduates who graduated in 2008 and 2009, with special emphasis on ZG party member (including preparing for party member), student cadres and outstanding college graduates with bachelor degree or above. Among them, fresh graduates above undergraduate level should be outstanding students commended by ZG party member (including preparing for party member), student cadres or colleges (departments) and schools (including directly affiliated departments); College graduates should be outstanding student cadres commended by ZG party member (including preparing for party member) or colleges (departments) and schools (including directly affiliated departments). College graduates who have participated in activities such as "Three Supports and One Support", "College Students Volunteer to Serve the West" and "College Students Volunteer to Serve the Grassroots in Anhui" organized by personnel, the Communist Youth League and other departments, as well as college students "village officials" selected by cities, counties (cities, districts) themselves, can sign up for the selection.

College students "village officials" are "special posts of village-level organizations", and they are not civil servants. The working period in the village is generally 3 years. College students "village officials" enjoy the following policy treatment:
